01Do I need to enter payment details to create an account?

You don't need to. You can create a free account or use our plans that include an 8-day free trial without entering your payment details. If you select one of our plans, at the end of your trial period you enter your payment details.

02Is support and upgrades included in the price?

Yes, support and updates are included in the plan (Elite). The support schedule, both online and telephone, is from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 (Colombia time)..

03Do I have a stay contract?

All plans are monthly and you can cancel or renew your account whenever you want.

04What do I need to use the system?

You only need a smart device such as a cell phone or a computer and internet access, you can use it from your preferred browser or by downloading the application.

05Where is the company from?

We are a LATAM Startup, with an experience of 4 years in the market, because of our business form we operate in different countries such as: Colombia, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Chile and many more.

06How can I transfer appointments and services from my current software?

Our goal is to make WeiBook as affordable as possible while offering the best features out there. Companies price differently, so it's important to make sure you know how much you'll pay up front. To compare prices, check to see if other software has additional fees for specific features or change payment processing fees depending on the amount.
