TERMS AND CONDITIONS â WEIBOOK REFERRAL PROGRAM
1. PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
1.1. To participate as a referrer, you must have an active account in any of the following modes:
⢠As a business registered on Weibook,
⢠As a professional linked to a business.
⢠As an external user, registering through the website.
1.2. Upon registering in any of these modes, a unique referral code linked to your account will be generated.
2. USE OF THE REFERRAL CODE.
2.1. Your unique code is personal and non-transferable. You may share it with businesses, professionals, or external users interested in activating plans within the app.
2.2. Referral benefits will only be granted if your code is correctly used during payment and registration.
3. WALLET AND BENEFITS
3.1. In your Profile, you will be able to see:
⢠Your unique referral code.
⢠Your wallet, where the benefits from successful referrals will be reflected.
⢠The available balance in your wallet can be withdrawn by following the procedure indicated by Weibook, provided you meet the withdrawal requirements set by Weibook (e.g., minimum amount and correct banking information).
4. LIST OF SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS.
4.1. In the corresponding module, you will see the status of each referral. A referral is considered successful only when:
⢠They complete their registration as an active business or linked professional.
⢠They meet the purchase or activation conditions defined by Weibook.
5. CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT OR CREDITING OF BENEFITS
5.1. Benefits generated from successful referrals will be credited to your wallet according to the settlement cycles defined by Weibook.
5.2. Weibook reserves the right to verify and validate each referral before confirming the credit.
5.3. Once validated and credited, you may withdraw your funds directly from your wallet, in accordance with the procedure and timeframes established by Weibook.
6. FRAUD OR MISUSE.
6.1. Codes shared fraudulently, use of false information, or any attempt at manipulation will invalidate the benefits generated from those referrals.
6.2. In such cases:
⢠No benefits related to such practices will be disbursed.
⢠The participant may lose access to the referral program without the right to claim the invalidated benefits.
7. MODIFICATIONS
7.1. Weibook reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app and/or official communication channels.
You don't need to. You can create a free account or use our plans that include an 8-day free trial without entering your payment details. If you select one of our plans, at the end of your trial period you enter your payment details.
Yes, support and updates are included in the plan (Elite). The support schedule, both online and telephone, is from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 (Colombia time)..
All plans are monthly and you can cancel or renew your account whenever you want.
You only need a smart device such as a cell phone or a computer and internet access, you can use it from your preferred browser or by downloading the application.

To compare prices, check to see if other software has additional fees for specific features or change payment processing fees depending on the amount.
