Referral Program Terms

2.1 Who can participate

To register as a Referrer, at least one of the following must be true:

• Hold an active WEIBOOK business account.
• Be a professional linked to a business registered on WEIBOOK.
• Be an external user registered through the WEIBOOK website.

2.2 Eligibility restrictions

The following may not participate in the Program:

• People who are currently employees, contractors or officers of WEIBOOK or its related companies.
• People whose account has been suspended or terminated by WEIBOOK.
• People who have previously been disqualified from the Program for fraudulent conduct.

2.3 Unique code

Upon registering in the Program, a unique and personal referral code linked to the Referrer's account will be generated. This code is personal, non-transferable and non-assignable. It may not be sold or commercialized.

3.1 How to share the code

The Referrer may share their code only organically and directly: personal communication, their own social networks, or any channel where the Referrer acts in good faith and transparently. It must always be clear to the recipient that the code comes from a person participating in a referral program.

3.2 Prohibited distribution conduct

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Distributing the code via unsolicited email campaigns (*spam*), automated mass messages or third-party databases.
• Publishing the code on coupon sites, discount aggregators or mass-distribution platforms without prior written WEIBOOK authorization.
• Using the code in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms) without prior written WEIBOOK authorization.
• Offering own incentives to third parties to use the code, beyond the benefit WEIBOOK grants directly to the referee.

3.3 Self-referral prohibition

The Referrer may not use their own referral code to obtain benefits in their own accounts, accounts of immediate family members, or accounts they directly or indirectly control. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referring or artificially accumulating rewards is prohibited.

3.4 Geographic condition

The Program is available in all countries where WEIBOOK actively operates. WEIBOOK may restrict Program availability in certain regions with thirty (30) days' prior notice to active Referrers in those regions.

5.1 Reward amount

The reward amount per successful referral will be the one WEIBOOK publishes in the Program section inside the app at the moment the referee completes registration. WEIBOOK will notify any change to the reward amount with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice, through the app and/or email. Referrals completed before the change will keep the amount in effect at the moment of their registration.

5.2 Settlement cycles

Validated rewards will be credited to the Referrer's wallet within fifteen (15) business days following the confirmation of the successful referral. WEIBOOK will notify the Referrer by email or in-app notification when an amount is credited.

5.3 Wallet — use of balance

The available wallet balance may be used to:

• Pay or discount active WEIBOOK subscriptions.
• Withdraw as cash to the registered payment method, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

The wallet balance is non-transferable to other users, accrues no interest, and has no legal-tender value until effectively withdrawn.

5.4 Minimum withdrawal amount

The minimum amount to request a cash withdrawal is [MIN_WITHDRAWAL] in the Referrer's local currency. WEIBOOK will notify changes to this minimum with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice.

5.5 Withdrawal process

To request a withdrawal, the Referrer must:

1. Access the Wallet section in their profile.
2. Enter valid, verified bank details.
3. Request the withdrawal for the available amount (greater than or equal to the minimum).

WEIBOOK will process withdrawals within ten (10) business days following the request, subject to identity and bank-details verification.

5.6 Accumulation limit

A Referrer may accumulate up to a maximum of [MAX_ANNUAL_REWARDS] in rewards over a twelve (12) month calendar period. Additional referrals exceeding this limit will not earn rewards until the start of the next annual period.

6.1 Inactivity period

If the Referrer performs no activity on their WEIBOOK account (login, service use, or any transaction) for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, their wallet balance will be considered "dormant".

6.2 Pre-expiry notification

WEIBOOK will notify the Referrer at their registered email sixty (60) days before their balance is declared dormant, with clear instructions to reactivate the account or withdraw the balance.

6.3 Escheatment process

In compliance with the Delaware Abandoned Property Law, 12 Del. C. § 1198 et seq., dormant balances of users who cannot be located or who do not respond to notifications will be reported and remitted to the State of Delaware in accordance with the deadlines and procedures established by said law. Once the balance is remitted to the State, the Referrer must claim it directly from the State of Delaware office.

7.1 Conduct that invalidates the Program

The following conduct constitutes fraudulent use of the Program and invalidates all benefits generated:

• Use of false information, fictitious identities or accounts created with third-party data without their consent.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same person or entity for the purpose of artificially accumulating rewards.
• Self-referral in any form (section 3.3).
• Code distribution through unauthorized channels (section 3.2).
• Any technical manipulation of the referral system.
• Agreement or collusion with third parties to generate fictitious referrals.

7.2 Consequences

In the event of proven fraud or misuse:

• All benefits generated by improper practices will be invalidated and reverted from the wallet.
• The Referrer's account may be suspended or permanently terminated, with no right to claim the invalidated benefits.
• WEIBOOK reserves the right to recover amounts already withdrawn that were generated by fraudulent conduct, through compensation or corresponding legal actions under the laws of the State of Delaware.

9.1 Modifications

WEIBOOK may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes (including reduction of rewards, changes in eligibility conditions or new restrictions) will be notified with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice by email and in-app notice. Continued use of the Program after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9.2 Program termination

WEIBOOK may discontinue the Program at any time with ninety (90) days' notice to Referrers with active wallet balance. During such period:

• Referrers may withdraw their accumulated balance under the process of article 5.5, without minimum restriction.
• In-progress referrals that meet the conditions of article 4 before the deadline will be validated normally.

After ninety (90) days, unwithdrawn balance will follow the dormancy process established in article 6.

9.3 Individual account termination

WEIBOOK may exclude a specific Referrer from the Program in case of breach of these Terms, with email notification. Balance accumulated through the exclusion date will remain available for withdrawal for thirty (30) calendar days, provided it has not been invalidated by fraudulent conduct.
