01Program description and governing law
WeiLevel is WEIBOOK's rewards program that rewards businesses for the active and consistent use of the Platform. By completing the daily challenges assigned within the application, the participant accumulates consecutive days ("streak") and unlocks rewards upon completing each level.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware. This document is incorporated by reference into WEIBOOK's general Terms and Conditions.
02Eligibility
All holders of an active business account on WEIBOOK may participate in WeiLevel. To receive cash rewards or physical prizes, the participant must:
- Have an active paid subscription at the time of the claim.
- Provide valid and verified account information.
- Not have been previously disqualified for fraudulent conduct.
A business with multiple locations or branches shares a single participation in the Program. Independent streaks or rewards are not granted for additional locations.
03Levels and streak mechanics
3.1 Level structure
The Program operates across five levels with the following required ranges of consecutive days:

3.2 Daily completion condition
For a day to count as completed within the streak, the participant must complete 100% of the tasks assigned that day within the WeiLevel application. If the day requires 3 tasks, all 3 must be completed. Partial completions are not recognized and proportional rewards are not granted.
3.3 Streak interruption
If the participant fails to complete the daily objective on any day of a level, the consecutive-day counter is reset to zero and the participant returns to the start of Level 1. Partial days or intermediate positions are not preserved.
3.4 Reset after claim
Upon completing and claiming a level, the streak counter resets to the start of the next level (or to Level 1 if Level 5 was completed). It is not possible to claim the reward for the same level more than once in the same completed cycle, even if the participant reaches that level again in a new sequence.
3.5 Automatic validation
The tracking and validation of each daily challenge is performed automatically by WEIBOOK's systems. The participant can check their progress in real time in the "WeiLevel" section of the application.
3.6 Annual reward cap
Each participant may claim a maximum of 10 WeiLevel rewards per calendar year (January 1 to December 31), aggregated across all levels. Once this cap is reached, no new rewards will accrue until the following calendar year, even if the participant continues to complete streaks (which will still count for the historical record but will not generate additional rewards).
04Types of reward
4.1 Cash rewards (Levels 1, 2 and 3)
Rewards for Levels 1, 2 and 3 are exclusively in cash and are automatically credited to the participant's wallet within 72 business hours following confirmation of the claim.
4.2 Choice rewards (Levels 4 and 5)
Upon completing Levels 4 and 5, the participant may choose between the following options:
Level 4 — USD $120.00 (choose one option):
- Option A: Cash credit of USD $120.00 credited to the wallet.
- Option B: Package of sports-brand products selected by WEIBOOK, with a catalog value equivalent to USD $120.00.
Level 5 — USD $240.00 (choose one option):
- Option A: Cash credit of USD $240.00 credited to the wallet.
- Option B: USD $240.00 voucher to be redeemed at WEIBOOK partner brands (the list of available brands will be published in the application at the time of the claim).
- Option C: Business furniture prize selected by WEIBOOK, with a catalog value between USD $200.00 and USD $240.00, subject to availability. See conditions in section 6.
The selection of option is final and irrevocable once confirmed in the application. The chosen option cannot be changed after confirmation.
4.3 Minimum wallet withdrawal
Cash withdrawals from the WEIBOOK wallet require a minimum accumulated balance of USD $50.00. Lower balances will remain in the wallet until this amount is reached and may be used as credit within the Platform without restriction.
05Claim process
5.1 Claim activation
Once the system validates 100% completion of a level, the participant will receive a notification in the application and the "Claim" button will be activated in the WeiLevel section.
5.2 Claim window
The participant has 30 calendar days from the activation of the "Claim" button to claim their reward. After this period, the right to the reward expires with no possibility of claim or compensation.
5.3 Information required for physical prizes
To receive physical prizes (Option B Level 4, Options B and C Level 5), the participant must provide through the application:
- Full name of the recipient.
- Complete shipping address (street, number, city, country, postal code).
- Contact phone number.
The collection and use of this information is governed by WEIBOOK's Privacy Policy. The participant warrants that the information provided is correct and complete.
06Shipping conditions for physical prizes
6.1 Delivery zones
WEIBOOK will ship physical prizes only to regions where it actively operates. For regions not covered by WEIBOOK's shipping service, the participant may opt for the equivalent cash reward (Option A).
6.2 Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 8 weeks from address confirmation, depending on the location. These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to logistical factors outside WEIBOOK's control.
6.3 Shipping responsibility
WEIBOOK will contract a shipping service with tracking for all physical prizes. WEIBOOK will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier or by force-majeure circumstances.
- Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the participant.
- Minor packaging damage in transit that does not affect the product's functionality.
WEIBOOK will be responsible and will arrange the reshipment or replacement in the case of:
- A package lost or undelivered due to causes attributable to the carrier, with tracking that proves it.
- A damaged product that affects its functionality, reported within 7 business days following receipt with photographic evidence.

6.4 Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other tributes that may apply in the participant's destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the participant. WEIBOOK will declare the actual value of the product in the export documents. If the participant rejects the package due to customs charges, they will not be entitled to reshipment or replacement.
6.5 Furniture prize (Level 5 Option C)
The business furniture prize consists of one or more pieces of furniture for a salon or barbershop (work chair, work station, organizer cart or equivalent) chosen by WEIBOOK, with a catalog value between USD $200.00 and USD $240.00. WEIBOOK will select the item based on availability in the destination country. WEIBOOK does not guarantee any specific brand or particular model. If the participant requires a specific item, they must select Option A or B instead.
07Exchange rate
Cash rewards are denominated in USD. For participants in countries whose local currency is not the U.S. dollar, the amount will be converted using the representative market exchange rate published by the central bank of the participant's country of domicile (e.g., TRM Colombia for Colombian users, the official BCCH rate for Chile) in effect at 00:00 hours on the day the participant activates the claim. WEIBOOK will publish the rate used in the confirmation of the transaction.
For countries with exchange controls or multiple rates (e.g., Argentina), the official rate published by the central bank of the corresponding country will be used.
08Fraud and misuse
Any attempt to manipulate the WeiLevel systems, simulate challenge completions through bots, scripts or artificial means, or any fraudulent conduct will result in:
- Immediate and permanent disqualification from the Program.
- Invalidation of all accrued benefits, including unclaimed ones.
- Possible suspension or termination of the WEIBOOK account in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions.
- Legal action under the laws of the State of Delaware if the damages caused to WEIBOOK so warrant.
WEIBOOK reserves the right to audit the completion history of any participant before processing rewards for Levels 4 and 5.
09Tax implications
The participant is solely responsible for declaring and paying the applicable taxes on the rewards received, in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence.
For participants in the United States: Program rewards may constitute taxable income. If a participant accumulates USD $600 or more in rewards during a calendar year, WEIBOOK may be required to issue a 1099-MISC form in accordance with IRS regulations. WEIBOOK may ask the participant to complete a W-9 form before processing such payment. WEIBOOK does not provide tax advice.
10Balance expiration and abandoned property
Wallet balances credited by WeiLevel follow the same dormancy and escheatment rules established in the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program, including the obligations under the Delaware Abandoned Property Law, 12 Del. C. § 1198 et seq. An unclaimed balance after 24 months of account inactivity will be considered dormant, with 60 days' prior notice to the participant.
11Privacy — data collected for prize shipment
The address and contact data collected to manage the shipment of physical prizes are processed in accordance with WEIBOOK's Privacy Policy, under the framework of the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA), 6 Del. C. Ch. 12D. Such data will be used exclusively for the management of the shipment and will not be shared with third parties other than the courier or messaging service necessary for delivery.
12Modification or termination of the Program
WEIBOOK may modify the conditions of the Program (including levels, rewards or mechanics) with 30 days' prior notice, notifying via email and notice in the application. Modifications favorable to the participant (higher rewards, additional levels) may be implemented immediately.
WEIBOOK may terminate the entire Program with 90 days' notice. During such period, participants with claims pending will be able to claim them without time restriction.
13Limitation of liability and governing law
WEIBOOK's liability in connection with the WeiLevel Program will not exceed the value of the reward corresponding to the level completed by the participant. WEIBOOK will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of expected earnings from the Program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, including the Delaware Consumer Fraud Act, 6 Del. C. § 2513, the Delaware Abandoned Property Law, 12 Del. C. § 1198 et seq., the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA), 6 Del. C. Ch. 12D, and Delaware contract-law principles (common law).
